We (“Provider”) provide our clients with direct and indirect access to various computer capacity resources including, the operating system, software, compilers, CPUs, GPUs, co-processors, networks, RAM, and data storage. In essence we sell data storage, processing time, and computer cycles.
The Service is charged to the user based on the amount of data storage used and the number of GPU capacity used in the period of time. Computing service is defined as “GPU-capacity” and is a unit of the service (“Unit”). Storage service for storing Client’s data is defined as a “Storage-capacity” and is a unit of the service (“Unit”). Naturally, client needs to have access to the Internet to use our services.
Pricing is based on the number of rented units of service where units are defined in Client’s order. There are several different “GPU-capacity” units available and a single storage unit available with the following pricing (all prices are exclusive of VAT if applicable).
We guarantee to 99.9% uptime of the Units in the billing period. Non-satisfaction will result in a refund or credit in the amount of the Units that did not match the guarantee of 99.9% of uptime.
